CTE HUB Launches to Connect Career Readiness, Students, Families, and Business

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

P2C CTE Hub Launches to Connect Career Readiness, Students, Families, and Business All in One Place

MARYVILLE, Tenn., March 6, 2026 — Pathway2Careers (P2C) today announced the expansion of the P2C CTE Hub, a powerful, statewide digital platform designed to bring together career and technical education, students and families, educators, and the business community into one connected system. Built in partnership with state educators, the CTE Hub creates a shared framework that aligns education with workforce demand—making career pathways visible, measurable, and meaningful for every learner.

The CTE Hub serves as a centralized destination where career exploration, labor market data, education pathways, credentials, and accountability reporting come together. By unifying these components into a single platform, states can move beyond fragmented tools and isolated programs toward a comprehensive, career-connected learning ecosystem.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with states to bring the CTE Hub to life,” said Dr. Joseph Goins, founder and CEO of Pathway2Careers. “For too long, career readiness information has lived in separate systems—one for education, one for workforce, one for business. The CTE Hub brings it all together in one place, creating clarity for students and families, alignment for educators, and a direct connection to the needs of the business community.”

Designed with state agencies, the CTE Hub connects:

  • Students and families with intuitive career exploration tools that show how interests, skills, education, and credentials lead to real careers
  • Educators and counselors with clear, visual career pathway maps and data-informed insights to guide instruction and advising
  • State leaders and policymakers with real-time dashboards that support equity, accountability, and Perkins V reporting
  • Employers and industry partners with a stronger pipeline aligned to regional labor market needs

At its core, the CTE Hub integrates career clusters, labor market data, programs of study, credentials, and performance outcomes into a single, statewide system—helping states ensure consistency, equity, and scalability across districts and regions.

“The CTE Hub is about connection,” added Goins. “Connection between education and workforce. Connection between students’ aspirations and real opportunities. And connection between what states invest in today and the economic future they are building for tomorrow.”

A live example of the CTE Hub in action can be explored at https://www.careerpathways-nm.com. The site showcases how states can deliver transparent, accessible, and actionable career readiness information to all stakeholders.
